Prices are stated in Swedish Krona. This page is updated daily, ensuring that prices remain current. Valerie reserves for any failures caused by technical errors.
Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. We would recommend you save the order confirmation in case of contact with customer service. We reserve the right to notify you, after placing an order, that some products may be sold out when we do not have direct contact with the bearing. Should this unlikely event occur, we will contact you immediately. All deliveries are made by Posten or UPS, you will receive an e-mail-notice when the package is on its way to you. In the e-mail notice you will find all relevant information about the delivery and a tracking number which enables you to follow the package all the way through final delivery/pick up at your nearest collection point.
All shipments are sent via Posten (Sweden) or UPS (international). It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address reported in the order is correct. Delivery time is normally 2-6 working days (weekdays), depending on what time of day the order is made.
4. Customs and import charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Thus, Import duties, taxes and charges are your responsibility and not included in the item price or shipping charges. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
At the Valerie web shop, you can choose to pay by invoice via Klarna or Paypal. Invoice via Klarna (Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands and Germany) Valerie offers, in collaboration with Klarna, billed to individuals and businesses, with 14 days credit. Individuals can also choose to split their payment in 3-24 months. Maximum amount of invoice / payment is presently up to €2500 depending on creditworthiness. Contact Klarna by phone +468-12012000 if you have a need to increase your credit limit. For late payments, late payment fee by the amount allowed by law, currently 50 SEK and interest + applicable reference rate. For questions regarding reminder fees / interest rates, contact Klarna. Simplified credit check but sent a copy is made and you get a response within a few seconds.
PayPal is a virtual wallet, a convenient and easy way to shop online. To use PayPal as a payment method at the Valerie web shop you must first open a PayPal account at PayPal. Valerie does not charge any cost for you to pay with your PayPal account.
6. Returns and exchanges
Customers have the right to return or exchange their order within 14 days after you received the product. All items bought should be examined immediately upon delivery. If you want to change or return an item, please contact Valerie´s customer service via e-mail [email protected] or by phone +46 8 200 311 for instructions on how to make your return. Return guidelines:
Items that do not meet the above criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. If you've read the above guidelines and your item(s) is eligible for return, please return it to the address below. Include a printout of your original emailed receipt with your return package. Please indicate why you are returning your item(s). Mark your package “RETURN”.
Refunds will be made primarily through the same options that you used when you pay. Refund is made within 10 working days that we have received and accepted your return. For packages that are not picked up a charge for uncollected package of €30
NOTE! With your return / exchange / claim, please bring the delivery note you received with your order. Then send the package to our return address that you find at the bottom of the page.
7. Color and Images
We will do our utmost to show color and appearance of the goods as accurately as possible but we cannot guarantee that the colors shown in the web shop precisely reproduce the colors of the goods in reality. The colors can be shown differently by your computer or monitor settings. We cannot therefore guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the real appearance.
8. Transport Damage
All products from Valerie are insured against theft and damage while the package is in transit between Valerie and your shipping address. It is therefore important that you promptly report any damage or lost goods to us at: [email protected] If the package is damaged or fractured, please immediately notify the carrier. Once you have signed for/received your package it will not be covered by our insurance.
Complaints of faulty or defective goods shall occur as soon as the error is discovered. Before you return wrongly supplied or damaged products you must contact customer service by emailing [email protected] to get the return approved. A product that we have found is delivered or damaged, we will replace if you wish or pay the money back and shipping charges. All receipts are required.

10. Care Instructions
Please be aware that Valerie items are delicate items, which needs to be handled with care. All garments are appropriately labeled to include washing instructions. We recommend hand washing silk, unless the garment carries an explicitly Dry Clean Only instruction. Please note that we do not accept returns due to mismanagement.
11. Privacy, security & data
When you place your order with us you state your personal data such as name, address and telephone number. In connection with your registration and ordering you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill our commitment to you. We also document all the communication we have with you via e-mail in order to provide the services you expect from us. Valerie will not disclose your personal information to third parties.
